BAY CITY – Known for his off-the-wall tunes “Toast,” “Never Trust a Puppet” and “Big Butter,” Heywood Banks is a stand-up comedian with a knack for the unexpected.
Whether it’s playing on a toaster with forks while singing about toasting toast or recounting the experience of seeing a very large, butter-reminiscent statue of Jesus Christ, Banks delivers his comedy through a blend of guitar and singing that the whole family can enjoy.
The show will take place at the State Theatre in Bay City on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. Tickets for reserved seating cost $23 before processing and convenience fees. They can be purchased online at statetheatrebaycity.com.
