Delta College women’s basketball takes strong lead against North Central Michigan

UNIVERSITY CENTER, MI – On Jan. 20, the Delta College women quickly took the lead against North Central Michigan and maintained it to victory.
Carah McCrum played an outstanding game leading the women in points with 23 and 9 assists. Hailee Jefferson followed her scoring 17 points and led in rebounds with 15.
At the end of the first quarter Delta led 26-6 against North Central Michigan. Delta’s lead would continue throughout the game, ending the second quarter 39-16 and the third quarter 64-33. The game was an impressive victory for Delta with an ending score of 83-42.
