Crack open your piggy banks, kids. It’s time to buy those books again.
This is a pretty common time of the year to hate. The time where we sit, count out our pennies, walk down a few flights of steps, and go into an enormous amount of debt because we need that one stupid Math book.
Luckily, there are some cost effective ways to get that book, no penny counting included.
Websites like Chegg, Amazon, Knetbooks, TextbookRush and a ton more will rent out textbooks to you for 1/3 of the price of Delta! Most of these websites pay for shipping both ways, so that puts even more cash in your pocket. They even give you the shipping label, so no stamps needed! Just make sure you pay attention to the date the book is due back, or else you will be charged a late-fee.
If you’re one of those people who likes to doodle in your textbooks, or just like to keep your books as reference for future classes, these websites also sell used books for super cheap! And if you don’t put too much wear on them, you can sell the books back when you no longer need them!
As far as you English and Philosophy majors who may need to purchase novels, we’ve got you covered there too! Thriftbooks is an awesome website to purchase novels you may need for your classes, or books you just want to read in your spare time!
