Saginaw’s SVRC Marketplace promises thrilling adventures and fantastic memories for those attending its Comic Con this Saturday, Sept. 28.
Starting at 11 a.m. and running until 6 p.m., the SVRC Marketplace will host a free Comic Con. The event will feature vendors specializing in collectibles, art, toys, comics, gaming, cosplay, and more, including a mobile gaming trailer for gaming enthusiasts.
Artist and illustrator Jerry Decaire, known for his work on “Deadpool,” “X-Men,” and other properties, will be on the second floor. Decaire will be signing autographs and providing a live drawing performance.
There will be photo opportunities with backdrops, heroes, and props. Those interested in cosplay can participate in a parade and contest. The cosplay contest will award an adult and a child winner a gift basket and $20.
