If attaining a job as a Real Estate Salesperson has ever been something you have considered, you may be interested to know that Delta College offers a Real Estate Fundamentals Program. The program is only 44 hours and the cost is $599 plus the cost of a textbook. The program meets all of the requirements needed in order to take the State Licensing Exam.
Amanda Hammond, the Marketing Coordinator, says that, “100% of Fall 2013 students are currently employed. Real Estate positions are expected to grow 15.7% in Michigan by 2020.” According to Salary.com the median salary of a real estate salesperson in Saginaw is $35,489.
Registration for the program begins Oct. 2014. The program will run Jan. 27 through March 3 on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6 p.m. till 10 p.m. It will also run April 16 through May 21 at the same times.
