BAY CITY – Stop by for an afternoon of spooky-season fun at the Halloween Psychic Fair that comes to town.
The event unfold on Oct. 24, at the Bay County Community Center, 800 John F. Kennedy Drive, Bay City, from noon until 5 p.m.
The event will have drawings every half an hour and there will be a costume contest. There will be card readers and vendors present, children’s activities, food, candy, and a costume contest.
Host of the Halloween Psychic Fair, Toni Mercier Gates, shared details of the event in the interview below.
DC: Can you tell me what inspired the creation/origin of the Halloween Psychic Fair and when it started?
TG: The inspiration of the Halloween Psychic Fair is to celebrate Halloween but to honor the Sabbot Samhain which is Oct. 31. Rebecca Nelson started this Fair here in Bay City several years ago. This is my 1st year Co-Hosting with her.
DC: What is your anticipated turnout rate for the upcoming event and who do you feel the event is aimed for (audience & participants wise)?
TG: We are being positive that this year’s Halloween Psychic Fair will turn out good. The type of people we are aiming to come is people who are free thinkers open to the experience of a connection with an Eclectic eye view or just curious about what we do, have some entertainment fun with a change of scenery in life. Even to come to check out the vendors and purchase from them. For activities, there is a every half hour prize drawing and a prize drawing for best costume.
DC: What kind of special events and activities occur at these Halloween Psychic Fairs?
TG: List of Psychic activities are from the Tarot and Oracle card readers, Crystal Ball readers, Psychic Mediums, Reiki Healers, Bone Readers, Picture Scryers, and other Divinationers/ Fortune Tellers. Plus, prize drawings.
DC: What would a night at the Halloween Psychic fair consist of for persons attending? Are there fees associated with attending?
TG: The Halloween Psychic Fair consists of Divinations of readers. Tarot and Oracle card readers, Reiki Healers, Bone readers, Psychic Mediums, Crystal Ball readers, Picture Scryers, and more. Don’t forget about the vendors.
A night at the Halloween Psychic Fair is a fun way to learn and get answers or predictions from the intuitive. There is no admission fee to come in. Readers and vendors do charge. Children are also welcome to come
