Love is in the air at the Delta College Planetarium. On Friday Feb. 13 and Saturday Feb. 14 at 8:30 p.m., the Planetarium will host their Valentine’s event “Romancing the Stars.” This couples-only event will have a show that goes through a tour of the universe as viewers learn which star clusters are constellations of love.
The show will last until approximately 9:45 p.m., after which dessert, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
“It’s something different than going to dinner or out to the movie,” says Amanda Haas, office assistant at the Planetarium.
Haas says that this show isn’t one that would normally be seen as it is made specially for this event.
Romancing the Stars is for couples over 18 years of age and advanced registration is required. Tickets are $30 per couple.
