Hell’s Half Mile Film and Music Festival Returns to Downtown Bay City

The Hell’s Half Mile Film and Music Festival returns to downtown Bay City this weekend after being named one of the 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World by MovieMaker magazine last year.

Event Details
This annual tradition will light up all of downtown Bay City from Sept. 26 to 29, with events held at The Jefferson Building, The Bay City Players, Delta College’s Planetarium, and other venues. Join the celebration this weekend for four nights of movies, music and fun.

Film Lineup
The festival features over 20 independent films, including narratives, documentaries, and shorts, along with Q&A sessions with filmmakers and actors. There will be a special focus on Michigan-made films and emerging Midwest talent.

Live Music
For those who prefer live music, the festival includes concerts featuring indie and alternative bands from across the country, local Michigan musicians showcasing their original work, and late-night DJ sets at select venues.
