SAGINAW — If you are looking for something fun and exciting to do this weekend, head down to Saginaw’s ninth annual outhouse race. This free event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 11, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hoyt Park, South Washington. The annual Outhouse race starts at 1:00 p.m. This event will also include a crazy hat contest, so bring your most wacky and silly hat to join in on the fun.
