Delta College is hosting two public forums to discuss the college’s upcoming participation with the FCC’s spectrum auction. The meetings will be held in the Lecture Theater (G-160) on Thursday, Jan. 7 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 1 at 10 a.m.
Delta has until Jan. 12 to submit its application to the FCC and has until March 29 to decide its final course of action. The Board of Trustees has given President Jean Goodnow, Board Chair Mike Rowley and Executive Director Pam Clark the authority to make all decisions in participating in the auction. The forums are intended to give members of the public, students and employees of Q-TV the opportunity to express their feedback and opinions on how the college should proceed.
