UNIVERSITY CENTER – In light of the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, Delta College is now offering a virtual book buyback service.
Students who bought textbooks at Delta’s bookstore can now have them sold and shipped remotely, instead of having to go to the bookstore in person.
The main campus is closed to the public for the remainder of the winter semester, and as previously announced, the spring/summer semester will also have a distance learning format.
Jonathan Miller, dean of students, shared these steps that can be taken to sell your books:
1) Log on to the Sell Textbooks link at the bookstore website.
2) Enter ISBN number(s) for book(s) and get instant price quote(s).
3) If the price quote is accepted, click “next” and enter contact information so you can receive a check.
4) Once digital mailing label is received, put the books in a package, print the label and attach it to the package, and mail it via USPS.
Anyone with questions can contact the Delta bookstore at 989-686-9030 or bookstore@delta.edu.
Details are currently being ironed out for students to receive textbooks purchased for the spring/summer semester.
More information for Delta students regarding the pandemic is available at their coronavirus webpage.
