Delta College Trustees approve adjunct union agreement
On Nov. 11, Delta College’s Board of Trustees ratified the adjunct teachers’ union agreement, “Adjunct Pioneers United,” enhancing faculty compensation and aiming for fair working relationships. Though the unionization began in 2022, College President Michael Gavin emphasized equitable pay and acknowledged the importance of unions in improving educators’ conditions and campus life.
