UNIVERSITY CENTER – Are you interested in learning about racial identity and getting a deeper look at intersectionality? Join Dr. Pam Ross-McClain on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in J131 the Short Term Training Non-Academic Room on Delta’s main campus.
Participants will hear about Dr. Ross-McClain’s racial identity development, Mark Williams’ 10 lenses, and much more during this event. Those who join in will be able to use the tools they learn to examine their own social identities and footing in the world.
So, bring your lunch and come on down to learn and help celebrate “Our Stories” for Black History Month led by the history department. For more information, contact the Social Sciences Division (G109) by calling (989) 686-9038 or by emailing socialsciences@delta.edu.
